The puzzle is to count the triangles in this picture...

I counted 18, what did I miss?

I don't think you missed any... did the puzzle originator say there were more?

I count twenty

counted twenty before I saw your diagram, posted, saw YOUR number, went back and now I've lost two of them.

wtf.

I'm confident that 18 is right. I think Undertoad counted Bruce's '8' and '11' twice.

I got 19, but then realized that I was counting one of them twice. I get 18.

If the picture was cropped so the triangle's points touched the edges, you could get to 20.

Not a clue, just the picture and the, "how many triangles do you see". Visual click bait I guess.

No, it was floating, not near the edges, and leaning to the right 38 degrees.

Very simple, rearrange the 9 cards into a 3 x 3 array where all touching edges match. Each card can be turned 90, 180, or 270.
You might have to print and cut them out because it's harder than it should be. ;)

Are we still talking about triangles?

Or have we drifted to dangle angles?:eyebrow:

The angle of the dangle is inversely proportional to the heat of the meat.

Neither, it was listing.
Happy Monkey • Mar 9, 2019 12:11 pm
If you crop the image to a listing triangle, it goes to 21!
xoxoxoBruce • Mar 9, 2019 12:15 pm
No cropping, must not restrain this wild and beautiful spirit. :headshake

I'll put that on the list.
