Feb 19th, 2019: Paint Your Wagon... er, um, Building

Many large buildings have end walls with no windows, doors, balconies, blank like a huge canvas.
Why spend large sums of money promoting your building as a desirable address for residential and/or business tenants.
Cut out that PR budget and hire an artist to put a mural on that big canvas.



I'm sure your building will be noticed right away, even before the painting is finished.
It will soon become a landmark reference for giving directions, because locals know where it is and out-of-towners will spot it easily.



Pro Tip: Don’t hire Banksy or the traffic will be horrendous, and somebody will steal your wall. :speechls:

I almost griped about the paintings, but this one?

It has power, and really shines a light on things.
