Just had a grilled ham and cheese with spicy brown mustard. Yum.
And a sharp mustard with horseradish in it for dipping soft pretzels is outstanding.

eta sometimes the solution to the chicken cheesesteak is to tell them extra cheese. depends on the place
next time try sriracha ketchup on your meat loaf , it adds a nice Zing to it

I did a thing last night.
It has a nice late heat. It's supposed to age for a couple weeks so I'll know more then. I was surprised the ghost peppers didn't take over but maybe with a little time they will assert themselves. These all came out of the garden so maybe cross-pollination weakened them. I may make another batch tonight and skip the banana peppers and increase ghost, cayenne, and jalapeño. I'll need to be careful putting in my contacts. :mecry:
