For my hummus, instead of chickpeas and tahini, I like to use garbanzo beans and ground sesame seeds.

Actually, the best recipe I've ever used, you added the tahini to the food processor first and alone. Process it for a bit, then add everything else. It made it very very creamy. The best home made hummus I've had.
