7/2: Hidden sex dungeon

According to Philly's WCAU, summarized in this MSNBC story, this was an S&M dungeon of international reknown. Hence the name. And the proprietor got $200 an hour for her services. $200 an hour!

I wonder if the city's Licenses and Inspections bureau would be fine with the whole setup if they would just cross out the word "Computer".

Interesting how the neighbors didn't seem to mind the whole operation. On top of that, the whole world of S&M is a bit grey...and I don't think L&I can really prove that it was nothing but sexual gratification. Sounds like L&I just wanted more money themselves...
