The beach near the city of Vladivostok, Russia, was created in much the same way as MacKerricher State
Park beach, near Fort Bragg, California.
Damn commie copycats.
Trash dumped on the beach was pounded by the ocean until only small pieces of glass remained. In Russia it
was mostly by a local porcelain factory, or so the story goes. According to another version, the waste glass
products were washed away by the river and then swept into the sea.
No matter how the trash got there, Mother Nature cleaned up after our sorry asses.
