SB 50? So Clod gets a sense of it.

So good game, general impressions?
I like Cam a lot but a one man offense against a Bronco D that fast is hard to pull off.
Peyton figured out how to be just a cog in a machine.
Lady Gaga hit the notes but her voice ain't all that.
Von Miller is all that.
Talib is an a-hole.

It was frustrating to watch. Especially the second half. College kids could turn it in to an effective drinking game where you drink every time a team punts.

If it wasn't for the mistakes and fumbles, there would be almost no points on the board.

I like both teams but decided to root for the Broncos because the others in my house were rooting for Carolina. But I felt bad for Cam. Peyton I didn't feel bad for, because he realized the defense was going to win the game for him, so he was very conservative. It's not like he was trying and failing like Cam was.

And the refs were not very good. They made a bunch of bizarre calls and didn't call a few things I noticed. But they seemed to spread it out over both teams, so they were consistently mediocre.

I was also indifferent going into the game, but as it began, I found myself pulling for Denver. That defensive front was like the ocean crashing on the beach... friggin relentless.

Refs WERE frustrating. And Cam came up pretty small when it mattered. Backing away from that fumble, and pouting post game. It was a good game though, overall.

The score doesn't really reflect it, but they were evenly matched. It's always a drag when you get a Superbowl where one team slaughters the other and dominates the entire game. Didn't have that here.

I like to see amazing offensive plays and there were very few in this game. It was all defense. Sacks, fumble recoveries, and interceptions.

I'm happy for Peyton Manning. That's almost certainly the last game he'll play.

I really didn't see Denver beating Carolina.

I thought Newton looked, at times, like he was sluggish, like he'd taken a couple too many Xanax before the game.

Newton will have at least another chance at a SuperBowl, he is too good, but, I'm glad Manning went out on a SuperBowl win. That man has had a hell of a career.

I'm glad Denver won, they deserved a reward for what they did two weeks ago. :D

What did they do?

They did the Patriots.

Best part of the game for me. /schadenfreude

He's a punk, a talented punk, but a punk still. Dab all you want, fine, whatever. The gloating, the falling on the ground like a two year old having a tantrum, the tearing a 12 flag out of the hands of a fan and throwing it on the ground... really? Punk ass punk.
