No one responded to the question on the other thread, so I decided to just create the November theme. The group at work is lazy and hasn't posted a theme yet, so I came up with one that I thought would be interesting.

Here's a selfie I took yesterday morning at 5am. Crazy scout sleep over at a climbing wall gym. It never really got dark at night and some of the boys ran around all night long, pulling an all-nighter. But I learned from last year to bring an eye mask and ear plugs for myself. I succeeded in getting 4.5 hours of sleep.
