I've been out of one of my Glaucoma drops for 3 days. And after a bunch of calls I'm no wiser. I called the telephone advice number today and got someone in Houston, TX. I'm damn sure they knew something about my eye drops in Jackson, MS.
I'm sorry, it sounds like a horrible nightmare :( Are your eyedrops supposed to come by mail?

Maybe to clear this up. I called a # for refills and they said was out of date, press 1 for a refill. So days later I called and got the run around. One gal told me they don't check that much, so she would check. Lots of luck with that. No fucking wonder they have screening at VA, for weapons.

Well I had a nice stock, by gaming them some what. I got the lady that gave me basic eye test to give me some, then the intern for more.
But some act like they're paying.
I suppose if they give you something without paperwork, and you have a bad side effect reaction, their ass is grass. Everything has side effects and sometimes they don't show up until you've been exposed for awhile. The other thing is it's government property and you know as sloppy as the government is, they do like to pull inventory at inopportune times.
You can't really blame them for covering their ass, so your best bet is sucker punch them and run with... ok, limp with, the goods. ;)

I've been trying for months to get local care for my feet, a foot nurse, the have one about 3 blocks from my house. I live 67 miles from VA jackson and 55 to my clinic. So my Dr. got me appointment with a foot Dr. This is under the new Vets choice. Well the appointment is, by google 68 mile away. If you're over 40 mile from the VA SUPPOSE to get local care.
Of course the VA is, was using straight line miles. The American Legion has been trying to change that. Ever been the midwest? Try cutting across a state there. Look at a map of, say Iowa. The damn roads are laid out in squares.
