Dear Life,
Thank you very much for the lemons you sent me for my Thursday, it was such an unexpected surprise! I had been thinking I might fancy some lemonade, but then when your lemons arrived, I was suddenly inspired to make triple-chili jalapeno marshmallow-melt anchovy and mushroom meringue pie. I enclose a large slice for you to enjoy, I hope it gets your weekend off to a good start. 
