That's kind of scary, but really, reading the PDR on any drug is too. :)

Yeah, there can be some nadty side effects, so I am wary. I will take the sample ones for a few more days before i get my prescription filled.

So, I have taken the pills for two days now, and tonight I can't sleep. It's after 3am here. I actually don't feel bad. I've had a few dozes, but I just can't seem to get into a deep sleep.

Tomorrow night if I still feel wakeful, I will take a mild sedative and see if that helps me sleep. I do realise I need to sleep even if I don't feel tired and the doc said this would be one of the most likely issues on this drug.

I need to add that I've been having trouble sleeping for the last few weeks though, so it's not necessarily all attributable to the drug. I just don't feel as crappy at 3am, which I suppose could be considered a good thing.

Mild sedative? Such as?

Just like one of the pills I take when I get a migraine. I take them often when I can't sleep. Not technically a sedative, but they help me sleep. I could take phenergan too, but that makes me bitchy, so I prefer not to.

There really is a bitchy pill? I thought that was figurative

He'll take you up, he'll bring you down,
He'll plant your feet back firmly on the ground.
He flies so high, he swoops so low,
He knows exactly which way he's gonna go.
