June 9th, 2014: Gannets

The first chick has just hatched in the world's largest island Gannet colony on Bass Rock in the Firth of Forth.

I thought it might be a picture of Diz.

Big bird, something like 6 ft wingspan, and fish eaters. I can imagine what that rock smells like. :mg:

I don't like gannets. They wet their nests.
