I went to one of the sites I like www.boortz.com
A libertairian am talk radio guy and he had a link to the Opinion Journal Best of Wall Street that went like this:

Tuesday’s Best of the Web. Read how “anti-war” demonstrators trashed a memorial to the victims of 9-11, and how the police elected to do nothing.
http://www.opinionjournal.com/best/?id=110003185

I think these people need to think before they trash a memorial of remembrance.

A Democratic congressman who opposes the liberation of Iraq is blaming the Jews for threatening Saddam Hussein's hold on power. "If it were not for the strong support of the Jewish community for this war with Iraq we would not be doing this,"

Hmm.. Funny...Acording to the Bible and <a href="http://www.biblegateway.com/cgi-bin/bible?passage=GEN+12:3&language=english&version=NIV&showfn=on&showxref=on">a part</a> of the Abrahamic Covenant. This is verry true. And would also explain why Our country has been "blessed".<br>
oh and they're jerks.

Didn't the Mosaic covenant make this blessing contingent on Israel fulfilling the law, including the temple sacrifices? I'm not sure the Old Testament blessings are in effect for Israel as currently constituted.

If find the trashing ironic, considering half the anti-war movement is up in arms over the way the war on Al Queda seems to have become secondary to the PR war on Iraq.

trashed a sacred monument.

I don't know why that reminds me of the Taliban blowing up those Hindu monuments carved out of the mountain but it does.

Heh. The Bamiyan Buddhas. Not quite Hindu, but...

How come those that want peace are more destructive than those that want war? I can never understand it. I mean all those against war hold these supposed peaceful sit-ins or peaceful protests and it always ends in violence...

That's funny, I've been to several peace vigils that haven't even come close to violence.

The news does not define reality.
