Clodfobble • Feb 24, 2014 8:14 pm
Totes amazeballs.
Aliantha • Feb 24, 2014 8:26 pm
On a serious note, not all teenagers talk like that in the US do they?
monster • Feb 24, 2014 8:45 pm
like they literally say like like every third word. like it's a new way of like inhaling but you like only get a little bit so you like have to do it more like well more.
Aliantha • Feb 24, 2014 8:59 pm
Really? I thought that was a joke to be honest.
monster • Feb 24, 2014 9:06 pm
There are like two of them in my like pottery class and it like get really annoying. Like mine don't do it as much because I'd like literally like kill them
Aliantha • Feb 24, 2014 9:19 pm
My older boys used to say 'like' a little too frequently back when they were tweenies, but they stopped it pretty shortly after i started counting the likes in their days. I think most of them dont even realise they're doing it. Some kids do it here a bit, but there seems to be enough smart arsed parents around to stop it from becoming an epidemic thank god. lol

Like one of their moms is like literally in there and doesn't even notice. it's cray. We like even have a literal scoreboard and they like keep going.
monster • Feb 24, 2014 9:30 pm
they like like Anime and like don't even notice when they like double like because they're like talking about which movies they like.
monster • Feb 24, 2014 9:32 pm
We like cured Hector of the intense thing by like having an "intense" box. It's like like a swear box, but he has to literally come up with a word of 4 syllables every time he says intense. it's like intense.
Aliantha • Feb 24, 2014 9:34 pm
Like wow, man. Hmm...that sounds like more like a stoner.
Bloke • Feb 25, 2014 2:24 am
Yeah, like, whatever...
Sundae • Feb 25, 2014 2:44 am
Omg when I get on the bus with the schools, it's completely hilarious. I mean it's just so funny because they have so much attitude and it's just so funny and they so don't realise. Lol.

The funny thing is, they never talk about comedy.
nowhereman • Feb 25, 2014 7:31 am
So, like does every sentence have to end like as a question? (Upper inflection)
footfootfoot • Feb 25, 2014 7:46 am
Dude! Like Nowhereman just like took the words out of my like mouth. But its just like the girls that do that like question thing

I also like wonder if like it should also be punctuate (or dont) like a teen this like week?

Well, the girls and Wil Wheaton.

If we're getting rid of punctuation, dude, I'm out. Like, completely. I have standards.
footfootfoot • Feb 25, 2014 10:43 am
But if you, like, punctuate, like, then how will we, like, know what you are, like, saying?
monster • Feb 25, 2014 10:28 pm
like some teens are grammar Nazis too
xoxoxoBruce • Feb 26, 2014 11:18 am
