Merry Christmas to those who serve

A big Merry Christmas to the less than 1% of our nation who watch over us and sacrifice their Christmas with their families so we can have ours. Regular Joe, this is directed especially to you and the others in the sand box. We owe so much to you and your troops. I'll toast you with Jameson's and Clint Cigars tonight.

We sleep soundly in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm.

I've been lucky to know a couple of those "rough men". Men who did things, in some cases alone, for their country in very dangerous places.

These men are all, without exception, outstanding individuals.

Hear, hear. Merry Christmas to all who sacrifice and watch our backs. Heartfelt thanks and gratitude.
