He sets up an elaborate premise, with STRONg, provoking themes, a lot of effort into set and formatting, but then retires and observes, the reply posts generally, and I haven't made thorough survey, are only along the lines of "Well done you guys, good replies", but little actual interaction with thread of relpies.
Isn't that technically trolling, just the initial comments are more exploratory than inflammatory.
