Let us all pay tribute to the deific philosopher Rodney King. His life, like his lungs, were eventually overcome with the sheer heaviness of existence.

The common thread, woven through all of us, brought into this world through pain and hardship, sewed in truth.

have you ever heard of the "get along gang" I think it was a child's cartoon a bit before Rodney Kings time.. do you think that's where this drunk driver got his "superior" logic?? I sat in a prison cell getting kneed in the back of the head because I was trying to expose a poem about "politicians coming up dead" and the only words I could utter was God why are they doing this to me I'm just trying to do something for my country. Nobody Cared 6 months latter jfkjr came up dead.. still no one listened I wrote a book about 911 and a great bomb no one listened.. and then it happened... am I a patriot NO but still no one cares.. I cave in drop a hit of acid and suddenly I am the lying enemy. so I write a letter and say I am the t word suddenly there is a war on terror and I am a known t word doesn't make much sense to me either.. then I say cripple the mules and bush says stay the coarse now we are at war.. I strike the well Saddam is capture I strike the well and osama is killed now. your guess is as good as mine maybe I was just living a child hood fanasty or maybe the sheep in wolves clothing really did win the war.. my job was to stop the robots.. there's 3 robots on mars the robot's spirit is out of commision there fore we win... and I think I might have mentioned that we were trying to get a black president elected but I never in my wildest dreams ever imagined that happening...

When I read the subject, my first thought was of poly-ticks. Sadly, it seems that Americans of differing political views seem unable to "just get along" these days. Basically, we've lost the concept of the "loyal opposition." The key is to accept that someone with differing views from yours isn't evil- s/he may with you, but you each love our country. Without that modicum of respect, we're doomed.

From memory.
I hated the huggy feel-goodiness of it even as a child.
Although it's possible it was in cluded in a general Saturday Monring show I mostly enjoyed. So I nipped off for a showr or to see if I had any booze from the night before depending on where I was on the "issues" scale from 1-10.

Note, watching Saturday TV in bed and knowing all the theme tunes does not figure on this scale.
