Yesterday, I BEAT the BANK OF AMERICA !!!
I actually got the branch manager to call some "central office" about my $228.75 squabble
with BofA for the past 4 months over ever-accumulating bank-fees on my Line of Credit account.
The manager got them to acknowledge I was right in my arguments.
The manager got them to agree to go back and reverse the charges.
The manager apologized to me (for what the "central office" had done)

I hate when after a lot of bullshit I finally get a situation like that straightened out, only to have it rear it's ugly head 6 months later.
