it's bizarre. I came up empty-handed, even knowing more about where it was found.

So, monster found that guy on the back of a raincoat with my my employers logo on it at a local re use store. Looks like corporate swag, but no idea why that guy on the back, normally there would be some text saying what event it was commemorating. Almost nobody at work has any idea, except the facilities Manager, who overseas several buildings and thinks she saw some other gear with that guy on when clearing out some offices that were being re built.

Maybe it's just a character somebody liked and put the patch on their Jacket, but it doesn't seem to be a common or uncommon cartoon character, anime character etc.
