MTPs family recipe:
2 blue panther chameleons (if you use the orange add extra butter)
3 tbs of butter
1/2 chopped onion
1 clove of garlic, minced
salt and chipotle flakes to taste
Add all to a frying pan and saute until onion is cooked and panther chameleon meat is tender.

Simple but very tasty!

Do you have to peel them first?

Never thought of lizard-things being edible, but I guess when you are out in the dry, dusty outback you've gotta live on something!
