He liked sweaters with zippers in them, but nobody sold them, so his mom made them for him. Most people wouldn't do that today.
My grandmother put zippers in my sweatshirts for me. She was a great human being.:D
OH yeah, my grandma could always fix the zippers, replace the zippers. Anything sewing related she loved to do for me.
