Important getaway tip:
When returning a weapon used in an assault to the place of purchase, don't sign your own name to the return receipt.
I can imagine the discussion at the Customer Service Counter ...
CLERK: Did you use this at all?
ALLEGED FELON: No, ma'am
CLERK: What are these marks and why is the tip broken off, and what's this gooey red stuff here?
ALLEGED FELON: It came that way. That's why I'm returning it.
