Maybe I'm too jaded. My initial reaction was, surely they'll screw it up.
Thanks. Apparently this was
announced on Sunday and we are only hearing about it today? Is my Internet card missing?
Four updates in as many weeks. This could be a thing
Huh-what? I had stopped checking after I saw that Grover Cleveland book every time for 6 months or whatever.
yeah well if you had followed an rss feed
I heard that another really great thing is a foot up your ass
Well if flint is here this week or anyone cares, Onstad is updating Achewood once a week nowadays, as he is busy doing other things;
But the quality of these once-a-week strips is very good and very Achewood. Dude still has a lot to say and a lot of style to say it with.
today's stripMost excellent. :notworthy
Well if flint is here this week or anyone cares, ...
Weekly
Achewood updates have continued to be steady. High quality stuff, as always.
:::cuts open a bag of achewood, sniffs it on pinky nail, --this stuff is pure!:::Since xmas 2016, last posted comic just redirects to blogs. Guess he's tired of drawing.
Turn around.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
Holy shit, I clicked through to the gallery. They're expensive and he's sold a shitload of them. No wonder he finds it interesting.
Can you imagine if Charles Schulz produced a bunch of oil on canvas of Snoopy in the 60s? They'd be worth $100,000 today. And Achewood is like 1000 times better than Peanuts, being the best comic strip ever written in history, and none will ever be like it. So this is the road to riches. Once Mr. Onstad starts Achewood up again in 2022, and then stops again in 2026, these works will be as valuable as gold. My opinion only.
The titles are worth the money alone. A good title will increase the value of these pieces
"Check Out The Energy Aura Of This Dude In The Aisle At Best Buy"
~ that is worth $300 all by itself with no physical work to go along with it ~
