This is Nenya Vanuito, a two year old Nenets girl wearing her traditional hat with fur trim and all dressed up in traditional warm reindeer skin clothing so she can go play outside in the cold. Taken at a winter camp near Tambey. Yamal Peninsula, Western Siberia, Russia.
