You know how sometimes you feel like your pride has been hurt and you're all set to fight it out and then you're like, man, it's just not worth it?

I was thinking of when you do something and are beaming with pride, and then someone else says something negative about it and you're like "you're right... it's crap."

Or like when you do something you think is smart and someone makes you realize how stupid it actually was and you just feel all crunchy...

I have to admit I've never felt crunchy (except for when sand got in my bathing suit at the beach) but I have felt dumb/stupid before.
