Don't forget while you're out stalking them, there's a bunch of other things stalking you. Why the everglades is almost as bad as Australia. :eek:
Python hunting is easy. Just strap a whole bunch of outward pointing razor blades all over your shirt, add some fish sauce as bait, and crawl through the swamp. The snake will do the rest.

When I read this thread my initial response was nooooo....leave the pythons alone. I like pythons :( But then I clicked the link. Fair enough. Exotic reptiles introduced into native ecosystems are a problem. They seem pretty hot on ensuring the snakes are dealt with in a humane fashion.
I used to live about five miles east of the Everglades. Non-native snakes were sadly common -- started off as pets and once they got too big, they'd get abandoned off of Alligator Alley.
