Let's Have A Good Year This Year

Here's hoping for a good year in 2013.

What's a good year?

It's a tire, you fucking wingnut.

Srsly, a good year, to me, would be for everyone to get what they deserve.

Those of you who deserve to have something good happen for a change...I hope good things happen for you.

Those of you who had a good year...I hope you have a better year.

Those of you who deserve to have the taste slapped outta ya mouth...I hope Life slaps you so hard it bruises the picture on your driver's license.

Lola let me know some of you were wondering about my absence. I looked at the APB thread.

Thanks for your concern.

It feels kinda weird to know that people I've never met in other parts of the country/world were thinking about me while I was away.

:)

As to my absence:

As I told Lola in PM, I'd just read too much bullshit. Too much negative. Too much trash-talk. Too much 'your-opinion-don't-match-mine-perfectly-so-you're-less-of-a-person'. It got to the point I couldn't enjoy any part of The Cellar, everything came back to, divisiveness is a good word for it.

This need to divide everyone/everything does just that. It just prevents so much that could be accomplished. I can't avoid this situation IRL, and I'm just sick of it here.

So I left.

Try not to think about what they were doing, in the privacy of their own homes, while thinking about you. :yelsick:

Me too. Except then I had to come back earlier than I planned due to the Cellar secret satan - I mean Santa- thing. The entire experience turned me into a schizo with paranoia problems. Then there was that whole falling off the cliff thing and the mountain lion and the Sri Lankens - geez! (You can read about asidebet's adventures in the Fiscal Cliff thread, but I advise against it).

I'm still really not myself after all that. ;)

Glad you seem to have made it back all in one piece!
