The lady sounds too much like some of the people that call in at work. I'm usually telling them to call back when they're calm long before this though.

Somtimes I have to image my special place in the meadow, by the babbling brrok, and I'm holding their head under water...:eek:

I couldn't get it d/l, but is that the "Crank Yankers" where the lady has just picked up her car, and complains about a "big ol' turd in the backseat?"
