Why members Secretly Love Bastard Factory more than cellar

Ms. Sexton • Jul 29, 2012 1:09 pm
Hey all! Im Monica S. a long time lurker. Okay, I've read a good bit of your profiles over the last 2 months and I finally posted.

Heres why, I have an on again/off again boyfriend/**** who hangs out here almost everyday, most of you know him and He showed me both cellar and bastard factory message boards.

Anyways, hes now an major assshole and I told him if I keep getting texts/hangups at work, or sashas (my bestf) and home Im talking about my sex life on a board or two and I aint shy... lol.

so i am. and will. I was younger when we did this. Hes older.... and he had done it before. It got pretty crazy after a few months of practice.

My experiences eventually began entering the beginning stages of S&M. It got to the point that when it was over my eyes were completely dialated... and an adrenaline rush that made me feel high for hours after. We got really creative with it... eventually I was hanging dangling from the ceiling in hand cuffs, a blind fold and heels.

This was a long time ago... there weren't really products sold in stores like there are now. I think that xoxoxbruce member was talking about toys in here a few weeks ago.

It wasn't as much about the sex as it was the experience... the settings.... the toys.... the uncertainty... penetration wasn't as much a part of it as people would like to think.

I banned her. Sorry if you wanted to talk to her, but she seemed like a clear cut spammer to me.

She's made virtually the same post at other sites over the last few months.

Oh no I didn't want to talk to her, I wanted to expose her. S'ok.

The frigging HEAT has us all indoors.

And, well, the Olympics, too.
glatt • Jul 30, 2012 8:30 am
Too much Olympics. Already I'm on overload. Sitting there in front of the TV with NBC's coverage on and with the laptop open on the coffee table streaming BBC1's coverage.

I overdid it yesterday. Being a couch potato watching the best athletes in the world being active is both entertaining and really depressing.

I went outside at 8PM to water some grass seed and it was so beautiful out. So I locked the door behind me and went for a walk about two miles through back neighborhoods to the local mom and pop ice cream place for a cone. What a nice evening and so good to get moving a little bit.
DanaC • Jul 30, 2012 8:38 am
My village looks like fucking Midwich or something. Eerily quiet. Very few people out and about.

Yesterday I took Carrotchops to the playing field and little park and there was not one single child in sight. Midmorning during the summer holidays and not one child, parent, footballer, dogwalker in sight.

Yeah, on my walk last night, it was awesome. Normally I have to wait for traffic on a lot of the streets, but there was nobody around. Even the main roads only had one or two cars on them. Didn't have to wait for any lights to cross the street.

And the line at the ice cream place normally has about a dozen people in it, but there were only 4 people in front of me.

Just watched the diving.
What a shame. What a loss.

Talking bout all those muscular young men in tiny briefs I will never meet of course.

Family Fun Day at the Vale Park on Wednesday.
No rain predicted. Huzzah!
Last time I was there was for the Vale Schools Olympic Event, in monsoon conditions. We were the only school that brought gazebos (?!) but even then our kinder had to sit on plastic bags as the ground sheets looked like WWI battlefields within 10 minutes.

And the worms! The worms!
I'm not especially squeamish. Well, okay I am but I hide it well. I rescue worms when they are drowning or crisping. But every cm of ground was coated in them. The rain, the pounding of feet and the music brought them all up to the surface. You could not tread but you trod on worms. I just had to avert my gaze and carry on.

So yes. Am looking forward to a reletively worm free 1st August.
Have hijacked Tiger's family.
Outdoors time for me - yay!

ETA - cleaned all the inside windows today. That will do for exercise. Almost as good as falling off a horse.

I had a look (as I did last time). It's a nice enough place, and there are some interesting people. Some of it is a lot like here, but that's the case with most general forum communities. Some aspects very unlike here.

I must admit I was slightly put off by the presence of a user called 'Kill all Muslims'.

OMG kill all muslims guy is repetitive and tries to fight everyone. Nobody there likes him!

Please come get him!! He also has no 'W' on his keyboard, so its weird.

What is it about him? that name?

There is a lot of similarities to both sites now from what I see.

Pretty much anything goes rantings which I love.
DanaC • Feb 9, 2014 12:54 pm
Yep, that name. I haven't read his posts. But his name and avatar a red flag for me.

There aren't many rules in the Cellar. There is little in the way of censorship (I know loads of sites that have language filters and the like, which is just awful imo) and that's the way most of us like it. But: a user name which advocates racial violence (or religious violence) would most likely break the few rules we have.

It certainly gives a very bad impression of your community to a casual visitor, in my opinion, since few casual visitors are likely to go looking at his posts and see other people arguing with him. It just looks at first glance as if that sort of stuff is acceptable there.

[eta] I phrased that poorly. 'bad impression' may be the wrong way to describe it. It all depends on what you're looking for in a forum. Some people are looking for a fiery place of flame wars and board fights, where all extremes are represented. There's value in that. But I am looking for a community wherein members of different outlooks feel welcome and 'safe'. Someone expressing anti-muslim views is one thing - we've had a few, and doubtless will again. Those are arguments to be had. But a username like that suggests that such views are mainstream acceptable to the site as an organisation.

We would not allow a username like 'Kill all Gays' here. Because it steps over the line into hate speech and advocates violence on the basis of sexual orientation. And because we have members here who are in that demographic. They have a right to be a part of this community without being subjected to hate speech every time that user posts anything.

I go there for the random chit chats.

I know what you mean though. I think its come up over there too, but when a message board prides itself on free speech and almost anything goes, yet keeps the trolls out of the main forum. its kinda win win.

I mean how do you tell someone to change there name and keep certain free speech intact?

Also, they only have like 2 moderators and they don't get involved really unless they have to. I like that a lot!

http://bastardfactory.net/forums/threads/forum-rules.4696/

those are the rules too.

I mean the place has the right idea, but asshole member names??

I dunno.

So, how long we gonna look at these advertisements for Some Bastards somewhere?
DanaC • Feb 9, 2014 2:45 pm
We have two mods. They're elected from the community, by the community and they rarely get involved.

It's a tonal difference:

Bastard Factory:
Bastard Factory Forums is held to a higher standard of posting than most other forums.
Personal attacks, flame wars, insults, so called "obscene" words & overall 'Bastard like behavior is highly "encouraged". This is Not to say that everyone has to be sickeningly nonsensical, far from it... you do have to be a touch civil.

The Cellar:
The Cellar is like an electronic tavern. Behave as you might at a real-life tavern. Don't barge in and interrupt every table in the place. Walk in and sit down, wait for something you know about and politely put in your two cents.

Whether you care to stick around will probably depend on whether you're taken seriously. Your reputation here is not made by whether you're "in the clique" or how cool you are or etc. It's only based on how you behave and what you contribute. Be a thoughtful version of yourself. Make an effort to leave it a better place than when you arrived and we all win.

It doesn't look like Bastard Factory demands subs [money] any more than the Cellar. So it's not trolling or scamming.

Isn't that how most English horror movies start? Cue light eerie music, the protagonist tops a rise and comes face to face with the zombie horde.....

Or is that hordes? If a horde is a loose collection, would multiple hordes still be one horde?

Enough about Bastard Factory, lets talk about me.

I am 23 i work and pay my bills. I read a lot. I am trying to learn Italian. I m serious i even hired a tutor. I kinda hate TV. I'm a horny bitch, I say whatever and whenever. I hang out on message boards, duh. I'm into exhibitionism, I love to give head 2 girls or guis ;), a member of young swingers clubs and dark, have random humor... I teach yoga, power pilates classes and i volunteer my time at the humane society once a month. I like to hang out with my male friends in strip clubs.

I've been to county jail twice in the last 14 months. I dislike 90% of the men in the world and 99% of the women in the world.

My dislikes outweigh my likes so I won't spend time telling you any of them. I enjoy sex probably too much. Im not into girls. I love to be a BITCH so if you offend easily I suggest you don't even speak to me.

I like reading your personal profiles here!! my fantasies is to have some intense cybr sex with a few of you some day. ;)

That is all.

I often do nice things for people, but don't often plan it in advance.

I haven't had the opportunity to do anything out of the ordinary nice today, but yesterday I helped an old classmate planning a college reunion by digging through some old photo albums and scanning some pictures to email them. It took about an hour to do that. But I felt it was worth it because they had been asking everyone for pictures for a long time didn't appear to be getting many responses.

I am very surprised given what you have posted here. I'm not about to dis another forum - people stay with forums that meet their requirements. Bastard Factory is not for me but no-one is forcing me to go there.

But having only recently read your religious objections to the Cellar, and your revulsion at a scene on a TV programme, which I understood was too graphic (I may be wrong at the reason for your objection) I can't square that with you even being able to stomach the avatars, let alone some of the content.

I'm not asking for an explanation, your business is your business.
But if you could elucidate it would help a confused person understand you a little more.

Sundae • Feb 18, 2014 11:21 am
Fair enough.

The avatar of the woman removing her own head was enough to remove me. Although I did stick around to read more. I saw more avatars and more usernames I had a knee jerk reaction to, ditto posts and attitudes.

There was obviously enough there to capture the interest of other people I respect, and it's possible they're not as nesh as I am, or simply looked harder.

If anyone form Bastard Factory reads this, please don't think it's an attack.
Just a question about the tastes of a Dwellar.
