It is amazing how far the surgeons have come in terms of being able to do such massive surgery yet minimize the incisions and resulting scars.
My mom had a breast removed in the early 1970's and she had horrible scars. They really butchered her.
This is an issue I would never have thought about, but I do agree that she should be able to swim topless. As she said, she has nothing to cover. The rule has not been about "females" dressing with tops, it has always been about being appropriately covered. Look back at when even men had to cover themselves.

Why the hell do we trip out over boobs? Granted I love the hell out of them, but they're not sexual organs. I dunno...we get so damn weird in this country over issues involving clothing or lack thereof. I can understand some weirdness with this situation at first, but in the end, this totally shouldn't have been an issue.
