The Bucs or the Raiders, and Why?
Me, I say the Bucs. They're the underdogs, it's their first, and the 'Skins didn't even get to the playoffs, so, go Bucs.
Objectively, I have to go with the Raiders...they've got great leadership and a good all-around team. I don't see the Bucs sustaining a serious offense.
I hate the Bucs personally...probably b/c I can't stand Warren Sapp or Keyshawn Johnson.
And don't get me started on the team in Washington. ;)

No, don't get me started on the lack of a team in Washington :D
Kill Dan Snyder, that would be my motto if I lived in the washington area.
Raiders- just cuz it would allow me to believe the Steelers are not that bad. Also the only TB game I watched closely this year was the Monday night Pitt whupped up on 'em. Spread them out, forget the run, and throw throw throw.
Dan Snyder is nothing more than a puke who thought he was buying a new play toy.
Admittedly, I didn't watch much of the game, but from what I saw, it was an ass-whipping (even though the Raiders got within 13). TB had some offense after all.
