I have never before seen a tat I would get.
are you saying that you would get a shitty tat like that? cuz that's a shitty tat.
put that shit on your car bumper if it means a lot to you.
you're a real revolutionary
I thought this might be a car boot sale where people were selling Hitchens' stuff.
("Tat" meaning odds and ends).
I'd never commit to a quote anywhere on my body, because I tend to get obsessed with quotes, phrases and even words for months. Ocacasionally years. But nothing permanent.
I also think if you followed that mantra day to day you'd be a bit of a dick.
But I don't claim to know any radicals or revolutionaries. I've always been and probably always will be a prole.
The quote, okay, sure. But did he really need the paper crease and other bits of fluff from the ancient mimeographed image? That just looks dirty.
Yeah, I thought maybe he was a cutter.

And there's always a place for the angry young man,
With his fist in the air and his head in the sand.
And he's never been able to learn from mistakes,
So he can't understand why his heart always breaks.
His honor is pure and his courage as well,
He's fair and he's true and he's boring as hell!
And he'll go to the grave as an angry old man.

I call 'shopped. The font used in the tattoo is entirely too consistent.
But, that's just me. And I am frequently reminded that I don't know shit. So...
On cable there are some movies with a porn actress who has a lines of text tatooed on her side in 1/2 inch olde English or German font. I've tried pausing to try to read what someone would go to that much trouble to put on their body forever.
Still can't read it.
Life lesson. If you really want to make a statement, do it in Arial or Helvitica.
