Film Alphabet 1960s

infinite monkey • Jan 12, 2012 6:43 pm
Same rules as 90s film: no peeking at roflrazzi comments, name movies in order, and googling your ideas to see if an image matches if perfectly acceptable.
infinite monkey • Jan 12, 2012 6:44 pm
Well crud, I titled it and hit enter before I was finished.

Oops.

edit: mods can't fix titles, can they? If so it's supposed to read: Film Alphabet 1960s. But if you can't that's OK. My ocd hates the inconsistency, though. ;)

A: Alfie

Had to google to confirm...I didn't remember him wearing glasses in the movie, but it's hard to mistake the shape of Michael Caine's head.

(Alfie being a favorite for me because the theme song is Bacharach and David, sung by Dionne Warwick) :)

edit: I just read that the UK version was sung by Cilla Black, and the one in the US release was actually Cher!?! However, Dionne's version was what made the billboard charts over here, and that's the one I know. And I'm a huge Bacharach and David sung by Dionne fan.

I think that's an error in the name. I just looked around and found that Zulu Dawn which was released in 1979 was a prequel to Zulu, which was released in 1964.

That seems to match the differing pictures, too.

Good catch, Clod!
