Not so sure

Recently I've started trying to get in a relationship with a girl I've liked for a while now. We both go to the same highschool and have a few different things in common. A's of a few months ago, I've been trying to get out of the 'friend zone.'. I asked her to homecoming, but she already had a date. About 2 months later I finally got the courage to ask her out, but she said she was with someone else. When it came up in a conversation, most of her friends didn't even know she was in a relationship. Since I asked her out, I saw some of her statuses as wishing things were different, time to set wrongs right, gotta keep my head held high, etc. which makes me think she isn't with this guy. Do any of you think i have a chance with her still or should I give up and move on?

You are asking us for relationship advice? Have you read the other threads on this forum???? :p:

Drink water, change your socks, take a cold shower and move on amigo.

I agree - asking the Cellar for relationship advice is like asking Bernie Madoff for investment advice.

Depends on who you ask. Mrs. Z and I will be married 25 years in February.

Is Mrs Z your imaginary friend?

This is so typical of the half-assed, back-handed help you are likely to receive around here, Jeff.

They mean clean socks, Jeff, clean socks. Not the ones from under your mattress. Sheesh.

How can we ever be sure? She seemed real enough when she was getting out of the shower this morning. And the spinner eventually stopped.

Who says you can't do both? You can chase after as many as you want, you only have to marry them one at a time. Girls can change their minds ... don't write her off; unless, of course, her name is Emma! :bolt:
