A Chuckle

The other night my best friend and I were playing cards and whatnot, when Paul Simon's "Kodachrome" came on the cd player. I was singing along under my breath, and I noticed my friend was too. I thought about this for a moment and decided that my friend, as astute as he may be in other areas, probably had no clue what 'kodachrome' is/was. For the record, 'kodachrome' was a photographic film made by Kodak. It really made the colors pop, I reckon, compared to whatever else was available at the time it was introduced.

And so, I looked over at my buddy, who can be absolutely relied upon for most anything, and asked "What is 'Kodachrome'?"

Without looking up, or missing a beat, he said "It's a dog ain't it?"

Why was momma gonna take his kodachrome away? Had he bitten someone? Was he reaally bright and colorful but then turned old and yeller?

I didn't like him. He was always zooming in and out. And he was a little negative.:right:
