A pair of these shoes will give you that casual barefooted look, even in winter. Obviously this is only applicable to hairy white men. Who have laces sprouting from their feet.

There's no way to put those toes on over other toes, unless they hang out the front and don't do anything.

At a guess those are size 11(US) mens foots, and you'd have to be a women's 6 1/2 narrow to wear them.
