Organization

I have a problem.

Actually, I have several problems, but this one is pretty specific. I do a lot of web browsing, as I'm sure all of us do, and a lot of it directly involves something I'm researching, or news or other articles that I want to keep track of. I've tested out Net Snippets, but it's not exactly what I want - plus, I don't want to pay $50 for it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Notepad, BBEdit, Nano, Pico, Ye Olde Texteditor of Choice.

Copy/paste URL, jot a brief note, be happy.

Hmm. I want something a little smarter than that. Websites don't stay the same way forever.

That's actually my old system, that's why I'm looking for something else. But thanks for the input. :)
