What are you relieved about today?

monster • Sep 19, 2011 6:59 am
Hector's hockey team roster. There are 4 teams, each supposed to have one goalie, but they let 6 goalies register. I am not paying $1,500+ for a part time goalie. Lay awake stressing about from about 3am this morning -about how I was going to handle my complaint when he got rostered with another goalie.......

He has his own team. Phew! And the same coach as last year, who we were pretty happy with. There was a coach I wanted to avoid, but not enough to rock the boat -I wanted to save all my pain-in-the-ass chips in case the goalie situation went tits up.

phew, phew, phew........!

Have you been beeting your root again too?

I'm relieved that I've finally stopped procrarsetinating. Too late to not get a bo11ocking, I suspect but at least the blockage has shifted!
monster • Sep 19, 2011 1:35 pm

44+ million. Reconciled. To the penny.

And no gum chomping (slurping snapping slurpy snap) or Ghost of Jacob Marley chain rattling (bangle bangle bracelet bracelet) for all next week!

Whew.

FUCKING PAYDAY!

This month has been 30 years long.
I ended up in a hole and grace to those who listened while I panicked.
Grace is due to them anyway, because they're that sort of person.

Got the first classes for this semester out the way. Glad about that. Am taking two streams ofthe same module, with a 11-12:30 seminar, and then a 1-2:30 First class is a bit of a biatch, because you have to introduce all the procedural stuff and go through the module structure and so on. They seemed reasonably engaged though :)

Collected Picasso[Chihuahua]today, froze 5 vials of semen, pretty good for an old guy. He is 11. His grand sire is the top Champion producing Chihuahua {ever} over 100 Champions.

Picasso is probably the only living grandson of this male has been used at stud on a very limited basis but he is getting up there and I won't be using him for breeding right away because all my females [3] are his daughters.

Picasso himself was a "pupscicle". His champion father went to live with a veterinarian in Japan and I froze his semen then. Picasso was pretty happy about the whole ordeal today. This is only going to make me do the happy dance. But I wanted to post it since there is a sperm emotie. :)

My aunt's leaving in 3 days. :celebrat:
monster • Nov 4, 2011 7:21 pm
hurrah, lola. she's been a pain for way too long.....
Lola Bunny • Nov 5, 2011 10:44 pm
Thanks, Monster. Everytime I feel guilty for feeling happy that she's leaving, she does something that irks the hell out of me. Two more days....Yeah, I'm counting the days. Doing that helps me bite my tongue, so I wouldn't say something mean and cranky to her.
ZenGum • Nov 6, 2011 1:17 am
Just let her hear you quietly muttering two more days ... two more days...

I went into work with a strange sense of guilt.
I almost believed I was having a premonition that something was going to happen.
Something grim.
I kept casting through my mind for something I had done wrong and steeling myself for being upbraided on it.

Nope, nothing.

That was a relief. Although a foolish one, as I am at least reasonably confident in my role at present.
