There was a Sam Gross cartoon of a new employee at a bike shop and the owner said to him, "The pay's not great, but you get to sniff the saddles."
I wonder if they offer similar perks, "The pay is only $7.50 an hour but you get to help with the therapies..."

We've got dolphins that need waxing and cheetahs that need spanking, there's a half hour break for lunch and two fifteen minute breaks per day.
