Here's audio of my cat, RFN:

Meow. Meow. MEOW. MEWOW. Meow. Meow. MWOW. MWOW. Meow. Meow.

(I'm actually transcripting this)

He wants to go out. Then he'll want to come in. Then he'll want to go out again. Then in. It's a little game we play. Periodically, I'll say "shut UP!" Then I let him out.

At 6 in the morning, he'll start yelling again. First to be fed, then to be recognized. I entertain him as I get ready for work, singing to him and petting his dumb head and talking to him. He doesn't get the concept of Saturday.

I love the little butthead. :)

I've never heard of a blue calico, except in Western Dry Goods stores.

Our calico is named Cali. Very original, I know.

Our other cats are Prince Ali Ababwa and Nuestra Senora de Soledad aka Lady.

My first calico was Penelope. I wanted to have her stuffed, but my husband was grossed out by the idea so she is in a nice "urn." At least once a year he tells me he regrets not letting me stuff her. Sigh.

Diz is generally silent in the morning. But then he doesn't get fed then.
Tap, tap, tap. Paws on face, head under chin, paws on eyes, paws trying to get in mouth (OH NO! his litter tray is in my ROOM!)

But if'n I'm in a mood for getting up early - and I can be during the school hols - we get LOTS of noise later.
Mia comes in from a night out at any time from 07.00-08.00. So if we're up at say, 06.30, there will be a yowl-off at the double glazed back door. Not MEOW at all.

OW.
OOOOOOW!
RAAAARRRRROOOOOOOW!

Both of them batting against the door.

Diz making all the noise, as he would make all the chase if the door wasn't between them. Itty bitty bully that he is.

Oh how I mourn losing Dylan on those mornings.
