I was a member a long time ago - until I realized that they were spending WAY more than my dues on printing and postage for mailings asking me for more money. Never mind.

No choice I can make. I used to belong, but quit.
I got a package in the mail that said, "A free gift from the NRA" on the outside, so I rip it open and find the free gift is a little medal. The package also included a video tape they wanted me to buy, or return (at my expense) in the package I just ripped up.

They even sent me two follow-up letters saying, of the zillions of tapes sent, only a couple of scumbags in East LA, or NYC's Bowery, and of course myself, had not paid for or returned the tape.
Take it up with my trashman, I didn't watch it but he may have.
That is such a douche bag move on their part. I hate that shit. Now what might have been awesome! would have been to open the cassette, replace the tape with some really nasty raunchy pr0n, then send it back to them, postage due, with their return address on it.
Probably, they just pop the tape in another package and send it back out to their next mark.
That would be golden.

Yep, NRA, mostly for the monthly gun mag, and GOA ( a much better organization IMHO), a legislatively much stronger and more active organization.
Does the monthly mag have lots of pictures?
