Military Abbreviation Help

I saw where Popdigr had taken a pic of his father's military grave marker (pic below) this past Memorial Day. I get most of what's abbreviated there. 'Kentucky', got that part, 'World War II', got that. The rest, I guess, is:

Private, Company C, Armored REPL (this is the one I'm hung up on) TNG (which I suppose might be 'Training') and I think (from memory) the last bit (not in pic) is CTR.

I might think the REPL was for 'replacement', but, that doesn't seem to make sense, to me anyway.

I Googled around a little and this string shows up connected to Ft. Knox, where PaPadigr was stationed for a while.

Any of you military guys know what this might be?

Nevermind. Found my own answer when I re-read the Ft. Knox Wiki article.

Thnx anyway.

ETA:
The Armored Force School and the Armored Force Replacement Center were also sited at Fort Knox in October 1940, and their successors remain located there today.
