As long as the bank was open.
Oh, and where's the poll?
I would just ask at the bank, hey can I put my hands on $2,000?, but then I'd probably have to give it back.
I hate giving money back.
Speaking of raising cash. I never heard of this get rich scheme before. I'm considering doing it.

The super bowl ticket raffle ends in a few days. You spend a couple bucks sending a certified letter to the NFL to enter the raffle, and if you win, you can buy 2 super bowl tickets for $600 each. Then you can scalp them for around 5 times that amount. You make a few grand for almost no effort, but you need to be lucky first of all, and have $1200 you can use to buy the tickets.
Yes. Mrs. Z and I have always been savers.
Yes I could but it would fuck up my ability to raise $2000 within...oh probably the next 5 years since thats about how long it took me to raise the $2000 I have now. So I guess, the answer is: yes, I could "come up" with the $2000 I have now, but no I could not RAISE $2000 in the next 12 hours starting from $0. I might be arguing semantics and splitting hairs a bit.
Legally ? As long as the bank is open, no problem.
Otherwise, there are a lot of opportunities around... (and, no, I won't sell my ass)
