So, I was wondering. Members who are banned have the word "banned" under their username, right? If they are banned, can they log on and read the forum? Or can they just open the forum, not log on to read? Or.....what are they able to do once they are banned from the forum?
When I've accessed the Cellar from a public place, before I've logged in, I've always been able to see everyone and everything.
But not able to search New Posts or post myself of course.

You can also be IP banned, which I'm pretty sure means you can't even see the board. Otherwise what's to stop an aggressive member from just registering a new username? Of course you can get around an IP ban by moving to a new location, as Emma has done in the past...

one time, no not at banned or band camp, i had a party at work that was just wild. i mean i thought for sure someone was going to get hurt before the end of the party. they just couldn't get how to use the brake on the go kart. then while i'm seating a ride this one lady looks up at me from a double seat go kart and says "they can't help it. their parents are cousins!" i just started laughing and shaking my head. i think we wound up kicking a couple off and then after that they knew, or figured out, that we were serious about safety.
