Yeah, I reckon so. I just don't think that the two are necessarily mutually exclusive. In this instance I am inclined to think that s/he is both a troll and suffering from mental distress. Looking at that cafe pharma stuff, it seems like Pam/Jay has some confusion around gender identity and a bunch of other stuff going on.
