I have never, ever ignored anyone on the Cellar. The only reason to ever put a user on ignore is if they are literally clogging up the boards with hundreds of spam threads--something which isn't possible here.
i put drax on ignore one day when I was going back through the 'good music on youtube' thread. then i just left him there.
I put someone on ignore a few years ago, but the hidden comments and surrounding discussion was worse than the comments.
On imdb.com, I've put people on ignore who made posts with superlong "words", because the IMDB software did not handle them well.
