Is it telling about today's online society

That it was easier/faster for me to find a friend's house number in the middle of the night by looking up their house value online on the city treasury site than to email them and wait for a reply or look in an address book or phone book?

So, how much is their house worth?

Where do they keep their silverware?

OK, so, I just went to Hebe's soccer team's end-of-season-excuse-for-a-party. The girls went upstairs, the parents sat in the kitchen, I SWEAR 80% of their conversation revolved around their recent facebook posts! With an especially irritating element of who shared which link first.... Have to admit, as a group, their posts and links are reasonably interesting and generally educational, but still..... Funniest thing (to me) was, the mom that irritates the tits off me was ranting about someone annoying her so much that she had to unfriend them. I didn't know this because I've had her on "silent" for the longest time. I generally see anything she posts relevant to the team because her husband -team coach- is almost human, and the rest is peaceful...
