Tiger cruise!

Today I meet up with my son aboard the USS XXX in sunny San Diego and will spend the next 6 days under water as we head to the home port of XXX! it is called a Tiger Cruise by the Navy and to get invited is pretty special. Can't take a camera and phones with cameras or recording Apps will be taken upmfor the trip so no pictures to follow but I will post a trip report after of what I can.

Did not know Tiger cruises were on submarines. Or were that long.

When you go on a cruise, isn't there supposed to be sun?

Well, the people are interesting, being a pretty sharp bunch with a lively sense of fun. The view is the thing that sucks.

The surface Navy enjoys those dawns and sunsets regular-like; not so the subbies.
