Yes red jacket that's me! My girl came in season the week of the show and while you can still show them she was sure she did not want the judges hand back there! :)
The judge picked 4 winners we were number 5 in that line up.... so close! :)

Nirvana, I used to accompany my mother to shows, she raised and showed cairn terriers. She never made it to Westminster, but I was with her at least three times at Chicago International at McCormick Place. What a truly neat and fun world that is. Congratulations on your close showing!

Mia is very well behaved. She wasn't straining at the leash like a lot of others were.

Thanks all I was pleased with my girl's performance. We had a judge from Norway who had no experience with US Chihuahuas but seemed to know the breed standard. I have to say he was pleasant to show to, but a bit heavy handed, he made more than one dog back away on the table.
We had a great time after the show Mia took photos with over 200 people from the public that passed thru the benching area. She was very patient with children and their parents got some great shots of Mia and their kids!
I forgot to add that I only met one celebrity oddly it was Loretta Swit. She looked marvelous! :)
I finally had a chance to check out the video last night. That's most excellent. Well done!

I think she is 71 and I recognized her by the way her mouth looked. She has those distinctive lips and teeth.
