What food/drink will shorten your life span and kill you faster?

I need some statistics or facts about what food/drink is bad for you. Stuff like for example "Drinking coffee takes 2 years off your lifespan" stuff like that. I want stupid and normal ones. My speech is about how we're so obsessed with what dieticians say and how we shouldn't eat drink certain things because they shorten our life span. Any fact or stats would help sooo much thanks

Oh no...don't EVER drink Spam. When you liquidize and vaporize the spam, toxins are leaked into the environment, shortening ALL our life spans.

Oh, and beer.

But if you dunk donuts in your coffee, it takes 3 years off. And 4 if you eat the donuts after you dunk them.

I highly recommend Amanita Ocreata for its life diminishing qualities. Who says some mushrooms aren't edible? ALL mushrooms are edible, though it's true some of them you can only eat once.

Symptoms of poisoning by A. ocreata are initially gastrointestinal in nature and include colicky abdominal pain, with watery diarrhea and vomiting which may lead to dehydration, and, in severe cases, hypotension, tachycardia, hypoglycemia, and acid-base disturbances. The initial symptoms resolve two to three days after ingestion of the fungus. A more serious deterioration signifying liver involvement may then occur—jaundice, diarrhea, delirium, seizures, and coma due to fulminant hepatic failure and attendant hepatic encephalopathy caused by the accumulation of normally liver-removed substances in the blood. Renal failure (either secondary to severe hepatitis or caused by direct toxic renal damage) and coagulopathy may appear during this stage. Life-threatening complications include increased intracranial pressure, intracranial hemorrhage, sepsis, pancreatitis, acute renal failure, and cardiac arrest. Death generally occurs six to sixteen days after the poisoning.

Eating a grape takes just a second or two of your lifetime, while one of those giant gobstoppers can take hours. How much of your life eating a coconut will take depends on what tools you have available, and how strong you are.

See this pine tree? Many parts are edible.

Pretty much anything that tastes good will take years off your life.

I vote for two of my favorites, bacon and vodka. Not necessarily together. :)

Eating snails will take between 1 and 50 years off your life, for every one you eat, depending on how old you are when you eat them.

Eating a lobster while driving probably increases your chance of dying. Suddenly. So does eating a dick. While driving.

Yeah, and if you eat snails while driving you increase other people's chances of dying: they keep staring and pointing at you in amazement saying "look at that ESCARGOT!"
